Shipping & Returns
Our shipping costs are based on size, weight and value of product. Orders over £40 will be sent tracked and require a signature on arrival, all other orders will be sent by Royal Mail Standard. We carefully wrap and package each item to protect during transit and beyond.
At this time, we are shipping to the UK and to EU countries only. As the main bulk of our stock is readily available in the USA, we want to provide this to customers who may not have access to these products. If you live in the USA or outside of the EU and see a product you love, please feel free to get in touch via our contact form and we can help you find it where possible.
If you're ordering more than one item, the highest shipping cost will be taken and all other items in the order will be an additional £0.50 or free. Items such as cards, gift tags or patches are sent with free shipping when purchased with a larger item.
Returns will only be accepted on faulty products or items damaged in transit. Please message us if you receive a damaged or faulty item and we will talk you through the returns process. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and we will endeavour to provide a like-for-like replacement item. If this is not available/our of stock, we will provide a refund on the item cost, minus the shipping.
